What Is the Name of a Good Cleaner for Urine Smell?

When I cleaned homes professionally we had a cleaner that killed the enzymes in urine that caused the odor, now all I can find are products for pets...is there a difference? I need it for a bathroom. I am seriously afraid that it is a lost cause, because I think the smell is coming from under the toilet ( there is no seal around the toilet and it is a linoleum flooring.) I really would like to make this woman happy...I cannot smell the odor, when I leave it smells fresh and clean. Any tried and true methods? Any product that is amazing?
Thanks in advance ladies = )

What can I do next?

I found one on amazon that is really amazing. My son wet the bed once without a mattress protector on the bed, and I got this stuff to spray directly on to the mattress. It worked wonderfully. It comes in a clear bottle with blue, red and white writing. It can be sprayed directly into the air, directly on to fabrics, or mixed with water as a cleaner. I will do a quick search and see if I can't find the name.....

Kids n Pets brand seems to have good reviews - that is not the one I am thinking of.

Found it! - http://www.amazon.com/X-O-Odor-Neutralizer-32-oz-Concentr...

Good luck!

I would give Nature's Miracle a try. Yes--it's for pets but hey--it got the skunk smell off of our dog! It should work on pee, right?

I'm not sure that it would work in your situation, but I have found the MOST effective method of dealing with urine is (1 cup) hydrogen peroxide, (1 tbs) baking soda, and (a few drops) dawn soap.

Nature's Miracle works well for us. As does plain old vinegar. She might have rotting flooring if the smell continues and you clean what you see.

For the smell I also recommend Nature's Miracle.

But for the root of the cause, she probably has a leak in the O-ring seal that is getting under the floorboards/vinyl. Can you suggest she have someone pull up the toilet and check for a leak?

I've used vinegar for pet urine. You could give it a try. If she has a hubby with bad aim, though, your efforts may be short-lived... :-)

I use OdoBan. I get it from Sam's Club. I use it on all kinds of odors, including spraying around the base of the toilet. It really does work for that purpose.

I'm a fan of Odo Ban from Walmart or Sam's Club. It's cheap for a gallon jug and it works!
