What Is the Most Comfortable Bra Out There?

The only bra my boobs like are the maidenform t-shirt bra! I will buy them by the dozens....lol seriously they are that good to me...but I can imagine that for some they wouldn't work.

Idk if you are a busty girl, I am! I wear a 44DD. I love love love the Cacique brands bras at Lane Bryant. I especially like the "T Shirt" style. Good luck :-)

What works for one woman does not for another. Definitely be fitted by a professional! If you have Nordstrom, go there. Most of the time, bras are uncomfortable because the band/cup size combination is wrong. If they hurt, you may need to go down a band size and up a cup size to find a better fit. If your skin is sensitive, choose a smooth fabric, without lace. Someplace like Nordstrom will have a greater variety than any other place and will help you to find the right fit. The bras can be a bit pricier than other places, but once you find a brand, style and size that work for you, you can shop around for bargains at other places.

I was a bra fitter at Penney's for 3.5 yrs. Go and get a fitting. Remember bras are like shoes just because it is ithe correct size doesn't mean it will fit your body. And 80% of all women are wearing the wrong size bra. I recommend going to Penney's when they are the least busy, the store I worked at was dead on Mondays and Tuesdays. Go to Intimate Apparel and ask for a fitting, calling ahead is good but not always necessary.
The Playtex 18 hour bras give you the uni-boob look--no cleavage. I personally like the Bali Lace Desire bras, they were my go to bra for the hard to fit woman. It can take an hour to find a bra that fits. There are so many styles and it is nearly impossible for a fitter to remember which bra does what.
When you do find a bra you like keep the hang tags with the style number and picture. Take them with you when you bra shop. If you look closely at the tags you will notice that the model on the tag is often the same but the pose will be different. If it's the same model in the same pose it's the same bra, different pose different bra. She could have her arm over her head or her head cocked a different way --different bra.
Go for a fitting about once a year. Our body's change with pregnancy, weight gain or loss and we need different bras.

I always liked the Body by Victoria (I think that's the one, does it not have a wire? I avoid wires), but I'm just a b-cup, so it may not work well for everyone. But if you are extra large, it's best to get fitted by a professional, go to Dillard's or Nordstrom's. Often times, bras don't fit b/c we have no idea how to shop for our correct size.

Do yourself a HUGE favor and go get professionally fitted. Neiman's and Nordstrom's are my favorite places to be fitted but Dillards usually has pretty good fitters.

I am a petite 116# and perky 34DD. I LOVE Wacoal bras. They are about $60 each but they are worth it. I don't like lines or decor on the cup, just smooth and they have some. I also like the racerback they have and wear it the most.

Last winter, I went to Nordstoms and get fitted. They do a great job, although it is akin to going to the lactation consultant and having another woman look you up and down and talk to you about your breast placement inside a cup. But for the first time in my life, LOVE my bras. I even wash them and care for them as directed. I bought 3 on this shopping trip and I have thrown away all my others, except for some tank tops with shelf bras. I Forget one brand, but I have a Chantelle and a Wacoal. Yes, they are pricey, but they are pretty and comfortable and aren't stretching out. I am actually looking forward to going shopping this winter to buy another bra.

Added - Before that I had the best luck with Body by Victoria, but they stretched out very quickly.

Every bra is different even within a one brand, so you really need to try them on.
