Oatmeal, other hot cereal
Whole grain cold cereals
Yogurt with chopped fresh fruit
Whole grain pancakes, waffles or french toast
Bagels and cream cheese/almond butter/sunflower butter/hummus
Quinoa, Farro, brown rice with milk and cinnamon or cardamon and raisins
Fruit - strawberries, oranges, grapes, grapefruit, melon, apples, pears, mangoes, pineapple (really anything)
She can eat anything you eat for breakfast (coffee excepted of course).
We try for a whole grain, fruit, +/- protein and milk at each breakfast. We generally cook a hot breakfast on weekends and make enough french toast/pancakes/crepes etc to freeze. Then we can just pop them out on a weekday and warm up in the toaster.
