the wine is for after work, did you remember the CAFFIENE for before/during work?
Ok I am only half kidding but I seriously did not plan on a "wine budget" when I started back to work and now I am thinking that was a BIG over site on my planning ; )
Was there anything you forgot to budget in when you factored your expenses for returning to the workforce?

Ironically, I remembered the "wine budget" but lacked in the amount set for my work clothing budget. I'm still working...pardon the pun... on that one.
:) Let's see....a little check list I'm still working on: childcare, work clothes, gas, and a little more "convenience food" in the house or a few take out meals if I've had a rough day and don't feel like cooking too. Maybe a little more recreational stuff on the weekend to alleviate the "mom guilt"? A possible increase in taxes if your new pay brings your family up a tax bracket.
Wine budget: cute, but not my thing. I can't think of anything else.
Giggle, well I'm not back to work yet, but when I do, I surely won't forget the WINE. Thanks for the tip!
(Especially when you're working with other people's kids all day and then coming home to your own pack of banshees!)

Coffee
Dry Cleaning
Coworker gifts (someone is always having a birthday and someone is always asking for money to get that person a gift)
Donations (all those people selling girl scout cookies, raffle tickets, etc. You have to buy sometimes or you are the office prude!)
