southwestern style egg beaters, add some fresh fried mushrooms with a side of toast and fat free I can't believe it's not butter or top your toast with palmers sugar free jam. It's really good.Add a banana and it's only 5 points

Some breakfasts I like:
*2 "bricks" of shredded wheat, 1 cup f/f milk and some honey, heated in microwave for 1 minute (4 points)
*1 c. f/f plain yogurt, 1 c. pineapple and 2 tsps. honey (4 points)
*1 egg (scrambled), 1 piece canadian bacon (cooked w/egg) on 1 piece of wheat toast (cut in half) (5 points -- less if you use ww bread)
