Congratualtions to you! How're you doing it?
Week 3 for me, up 3 lbs! It must be these new meds I'm on. Damn new meds! Can't possibly be the Chilis Triple Dipper and Margarita I had. :)
We haven't had a weight loss update in a few weeks (or maybe I missed it and that wouldn't surprise me)...so those of you trying to lose weight or just be more healthy, how is it going?
Me? 12 weeks in and 13lbs down...I feel great!
Tracy, I joined Weight Watchers..huge skeptic at first but really starting plug along. And I get to eat those "goodies" and drink my "adult beverages" just have to stay within my points. I chow a lot of fruits and veggies now which are zero points!
Dawn...I LOVE WATER! I gave up soda 15 years ago. (once in a while I will have one but I just don't care too much for it)...not even my kids will drink it...even when offered, I have DONE at least one thing right...

I have a goal to lose 50 lbs by next summer. so far in 4 months I have gained 10 lbs and then lost 8. still have a long way to go but I have lost some. Hoping that I will keep up the good work and continue losing and no more gaining.
Wow your doing so great!! How are you losing it? lets see I'm 13 weeks and down 10lbs but I think I have hit the mark of it not wanting to go lower. Keep up the great work!!
10 months now and ive lost almost 30 lbs, Im pregnant now and not counting the lbs (although at 5 months i have lost everywhere else but gained in the belly)......my favorite thing though is not the lbs, its my look. Im pretty and you can finally tell again.
I'm new to your discussion but I just got back from my weekly weigh in at WW...lost 1.6 for a total of 80.2 lbs in just under two years...1.6 from my goal :-)

I've lost 5 pounds in the last 4 weeks--i switched to a (mostly) wheat-free diet (paleo) and i like it a lot. I have been craving oreos like crazy though! I probably could have lost more weight by now but I cheat from time to time..it's really hard when the rest of your family is eating bread and all kinds of deliciously carb-tastic things. Keep up the great work everyone!
5 weeks in and 5 lbs down. 10 more to go. Trying to exercise at least 40 minutes every day (good luck with that! ;)) and counting calories on my iPad. Cheated this weekend, though. :O
