My 15month old daughter has been battling a cold since Tuesday. When we went to the doctor tuesday she weighed 22.14lbs today at the doctor again she weighed in at only 21.04. I feel like thats a lot of weight to lose in a very short time. She has not been vomitting but has been peeing and pooping normal. I have not noticed a decrease in how much eats until this afternoon. When I mentioned it to the doctor she didn't seem concerned.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Yup, we've had that. Actually it could even be the difference between just after feeding and pooping or just before or different clothes or the scale calibrated differently if she was naked. I wouldn't be too concerned unless she doesn't pick back up.
So much depends on what she has just eaten, whether she's gone pee right before the appointment, etc. A pound of weight loss in three days is really big at that size, but it's probably just what clothes she was wearing, if she had urine in her bladder, etc.
If she continues to lose weight, be concerned. But this is probably nothing this time!
A good bit of it could be water weight too if she's dehydrated! Water is heavy and if she's fighting off a cold she needs more fluids...
