There is a toddler version- its called wholesometoddlerfood.com. I didn't find that it was as helpful as the baby one, but it does have some new ideas and also some recipes.
I have used the wholesomebabyfood site so far as a reference guide for my DD's diet. Now she is getting older, and soon I am going to start transitioning her off of breastmilk, and onto solids. My old site touches on the subject a little, but it's mainly focused on purees for younger babies. Is there a website that you absolutely LOVE that has information on the nutritional needs of toddlers? (*sob* my baby is growing up too fast! :'( It's true what they say!) I would prefer one that is similar in setup to the wholesomebabyfood site (Information about different ages, info on specific types of food, portion sizing and reccomendations, maybe some sample menus...) if it has recipes, so much the better. Thank you mommas! :)

I really loved wholesomebabyfoods too! I don't have another website recommendation but I just wanted to say that it's so much easier when they got on solids! I think your ideas/menu will come naturally b/c it's way easier to supply wholesome meals when they can finger feed, in my experience. My daughter literally ate everything animal, vegetable or mineral we put in front of her at that age! My son was a bit pickier but even so it's so nice to just put out some fruit, veggies, and dairy and be done with it. Also remember that toddlers eat the food pyramid in a week, not a day. So, there will be days of rejecting one thing over another and that's totally normal! If your goal is to fit everything into a week you'll be a lot more sane!
My daughter eats almost exclusively what we eat and even though she was a late bloomer with the teeth has done very well.
I am not as good about portions, but I will say that I tend to give my daughter the better foods earlier in the meal because even at 14 months, she will pick favorites. My daughter loves peas, so cook frozen peas in a cup in the microwave for 90 seconds, then rinse in cool water and give them to her while I am fixing dinner. She thinks it is a pre-meal snack, but it is really part of her dinner! If you do canned veggies, green beans and cooked carrots work well, too. You can even buy them in single serving sizes like fruit cups, which are a great way to get veggies while traveling. No heating necessary!!
good luck!
