Of course! Mine is chicken tortilla soup.
-2 cans black beans
-2 cans rotel-type tomatoes
-1 4oz can chopped green chilis
-1 cup salsa
-1 15 oz can tomato sauce
-4 chicken breasts

Put all in a crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours. I top with shredded cheddar and have with Baked Tostitos. One of my FAVORITES this time of year!

We just had this 30 minute meal tonight and I didn't get it from Rachel Ray. I call it chicken n vegetable soup.

Chicken Breast
Progresso Tomato Basil Soup
Can/Frozen Corn
Diced potatoes
Can/Frozen Carrots
Oregano
Pepper
Mrs. Dash
Basil

Peel your potatoes and cook them first. Season your chicken breast and cook them with olive oil in a pan. Get your pot ready then pour in the progresso soup, the corn, potatoes, carrots and diced chicken. Let it simmer for 15 minutes because your food is already cooked. When it's finished serve with some jiffy corn bread and you and your family will be happy.

Good luck

We just finished off our first beef stew of the season....sooooo good, served with warm cornbread!!!

Start with about 1 pound of stew meat
flour each piece and brown on all sides in a small amount of oil or
grease.
In a LARGE stew pot filled about 1/2 with water, add browned meat
1 onion chopped
2 stalks of celery cut into small pieces
2 cans of diced tomatoes ( with juice)
I add about 6 - 8 beef bouillion cubes ( My husband prefers about 3 cans of beef broth...either do just fine!!!
Add a can of corn
a can of cut green beans
peel 2 - 4 potatoes and cut into bite sized pieces
peel 3 or 4 carrots and chop into bite sized pieces
chop about 2 cups of green cabbage into bite sized pieces
allow all of this to simmer for at least 6 hours....the longer the better...and let it cook SLOWLY!!!
You can add other things if you like....I love to add chopped frozen broccolli, frozen lima beans are good in it too.
This is even better the 2nd night...after all of the flavors have had time to really mix together.
With all of the veggies you will want to add a bit more water as it cooks because you don't want to end up after the 1 night with all veggies and no juice!!!
Beef Stew...one of the many things I LOVE about winter!!!
