Do Core exercises. Really concentrate on the stomach muscles. That should help. It's great to do cardio, but you want to tighten those muscle so the flab will get tighter.
Good luck!
Ok so im 30 yrs old with 3 children, and i can't seem to loose my baby fat, i watch what i eat exercise regularly, and nothing.. I'm comftorble with the rest of my body, but hate my gut... Fortunally i didn't get any stretch marks so everyone says i dont need it.. Any suggestions how i can loose my stomach fat?

Try taking up pilates. I have been doing it and I am noticing a difference. I haven't even taken up an entire regiment, just some basics for my abs mostly. My time is insanely limited. I have had 3 kids. The third one was sideways most of the third trimester and severely damaged my ab muscles. I looked pregnant so insanely longer than I ever did with my first 2! While I am not where I want to be yet I am at least now able to wear most of my pants from before I got pregnant and my shirts look a lot better on me. I am 6 lbs away from what I weighted before getting pregnant with her and I only have a few inches to put back where they belong.
My Mom had one and she looks awesome. She had a C-section with my kid sister years ago and about 4 years ago had a tummy tuck....I can't wait to have one myself..I had to have three C-sections and my gut needs it bad....Good Luck..I need a good plastic surgeon in my area.
Belly fat is all about diet. Reduce the sugar and refined carbs and you should see it tighten up fairly quickly. (Don't try to quit them alltogether, that just sets you up for failure.)
That includes pop and coffee, btw. Drink more water as well. If you're not getting enough, it can cause you to retain it, thus bloating you.
Finally, workout more if you an. Great job doing what you're doing, but you need more than that to really see results and lose weight. Add weights, they are critical in weight loss and continued calorie burn.
My SIL had a tummy tuck due to a severe diastasis recti after 2 kids. She looks PHENOMENAL. But it was several thousand dollars and it was covered by insurance. Most aren't, unless you can demonstrate a medical need for the procedure.
I WANT one, and someday hope to get one. However, I have a measured estimate of over 20lbs of loose SKIN from being preggers. There's absolutely no kind of exercise that can fix skin that has no elasticity. The thinner I am, the worse it is. My stomach "smiles" but I'm not smiling.
Of course, there is quite a bit of risk in any kind of surgery, from anesthesia to infection... and that's only if you have a fantastic surgeon who knows what they're doing and isn't having an off day.
I would get one myself if i could afford it, My problem is i'm building muscle behind the fat and it makes it stick out more. I say do the surgery and keep exercing
30 minutes a day every day, at least, is what the government considers healthy exercising!
but if you want to really lose some fat you have to double that at the very least.
DONT GET UNNECESSARY SURGERY!
i cant stress that enough
its overpriced and you will probably end up getting a gross scar or just getting the weight back, ive seen it a million times!
We work hard for the things that are really worth it. If its worth it to you than work harder!
Sorry if this sounds harsh, however, 20 min x 3 days a week does not constitute exercising regularly if you want to lose the baby fat. You need to REALLY work out, consistently. You need to work your muscles. A tummy tuck is expensive and risky and my not produce any permanent results if you don't change your lifestyle afterwards. You want something that will kick you in the butt and make you look great? Look into the P90X program. It's very intense. There are dozens of testimonials on YouTube. I just don't think a tummy tuck is worth it without giving something less extreme a try. Good luck!!
I would love to read the answers you got! am in the same boat and now that I am done having children I would love my body back.
i heard it is a pretty major surgery and you need to make sure you do your research on the doc you are choosing. And there is a long and painful recovery time. you may need help with your children - especially if they are still small...
keep us updated what you decide!

If you don't have stretch marks I would skip the tummy tuck and try a personal trainer first. From what I understand tummy tucks are very painful and you end up with scars. If you do think a tummy tuck is your only option then make sure you do your research on plastic surgeons.
You could get straight liposuction (which is often part of a tummy tuck) -depending on how much you need to lose. Most plastic surgeons want you 10-15 lbs within your goal weight. Tummy tucks are primarily designed to take care of stretch-marked and loose skin or "pot bellies" that aren't really fat, but complete lack of muscle tone.
You should up your exercise. What you're doing is okay, but your body adjusts and 20 minutes for 3 times a week isn't really enough. You should be doing an hour of aerobic activity 4 or 5 times per week. If you upped it to an hour of aerobic activity even 3 or 4 times a week, it would help. Get off the treadmill and outside! Treadmills NEVER truly replicate real hills. You'll notice a huge difference in your workout immediately.
Also -quite eating white sugars and flours -really all sweets/sugars that you can. Cut out any sodas and drink TONS of water. You may be surprised at how fast your tummy flattens!
Of course there's risk with a tummy tuck. Any time you are put under general anesthesia, there's the chance something will happen. There's also a chance of infection anytime you're cut open. However, if you do the above and still have stomach issues, check it out. I plan to get one because of loose skin around my lower abdomen that I hate. I've seen some spectacular jobs done!
I had a lot of stretched out skin that wouldn't go away, so I got a tummy tuck. There's always a risk with surgery, but it's totally worth it. Recovery is very painful, but I would do it again in a second. I was very happy with my results.
I highly recommend that you talk with personal trainer Nina Borin. She has specialty ab exercises to help you lost your baby fat on your stomach. She will work with your budget and my friends also rave about her! Here's her info:

When I cut out gluten (I have no intolerance, I was just experimenting), my tummy flattened. I didn't lose that much weight, but apparently gluten was making me a little bloated. Certainly worth a shot until you decide about the surgery. Good luck!
Before you go for a "nip and tuck" try extending your treadmill time. In order to burn body fat, you really need to do at least 30 -40 min.....the longer the better. It takes almost 20 min. to get to the point where you start burning off fat. I used to hate walking on the treadmill, so I switched to walking around my neighborhood. I used a combination of a pedometer as well as my watch. I used to be able to go only about 20 min. and less than a mile. Now I am up to 4 miles in 1 1/4 hours. I have gone from a size 10 to a six in the process. Keep your heart rate at the low end, about 65% of your max (about 122 -125 bpm) for fat burning. I would also suggest Pilates (I LOVE Eden Paul Fitness Pilates class) as that is the best for tightening up the core! I do that 3 times a week and have lost 3 inches on my waist alone!
Good luck and Have Fun
The Hi5 system is the best I have ever seen, I am sure it would work for you. I would stay away from any kind of surgery, even the "easy" ones can have complications.
I had a nurse friend who worked in a cosmetic surgery clinic and said tummy tucks are the best, they get rid of all the fat! However, it has to be worth it to you to have the scar from hip bone to hip bone, because thats how wide they have to cut to pull the skin down straight. If your skin is not saggy there, with big old stretch marks, then I think lipo is the better compromise.
Hi M.,
Tummy tucks are HARD surgeries .. start kicking your work out up to 30 minutes and look into interval training, short bursts during your normal routine .. this REALLY does kick up your results.
One of my best girlfriends thought she would have to have a tuck becaus eof the excess skin she was left with after her kids, but after 6 months of really getting serious about what she ate and excersize, she has a tight, flat stomach. All that is MUCH easier that the recovery from major surgery.
Just being honest you don't excercise enough to get rid of it. You need to do cardio one hour a day 6 days a week to get it off and you need to eat clean. So try that first. I've had a tummy tuck because I had 3 kids, worked out at the gym, trainer, the whole nine yards, but still had a huge gut. I researched carefully and have no regrets. If down the road you're still thinking about it I'll be glad to give you a recommendation. Try to ramp it up first.
