I work part time at the front desk at The Firm Athletic Club in Lenexa, but I've been a member there for years and their personal trainers are the BEST!! They really make an effort to match you with the trainer who is going to best meet your needs. I'd be glad to give you the address and phone number if you are interested.

I have used Ty at the 24-Hour Fitness on Shawnee Mission Parkway. I'm pretty sure you have to be a member there to use him but he's excellent - a little different, but excellent nonetheless. Might be worth a shot. Good luck!
