Hello,
Veggie cups- take little dixie cups and put a squirt of ranch dressing in the bottom. Fill the cup up with cut veggies- carrots, celery ect.. THe kids take the entire cup...its veggie and dip all in one place.
My son loves any kind of jello jiggler...you could cut them out in a shape that goes with the theme of your birthday party to make it kind of fun
PB&J sandwich- make a regualr PB&J sandwhich then use cookie cutter to cut it into fun shapes. Again, could tie bakc to the theme of the party. ( for adults you could have a meat and cheese platter and they can make their own sandwiches)
Pizza is always a easy one for kids and parents
Fruit is easy- grapes, strawberries...things that are easy to eat and hold for little fingers.
You could have pitas and dips- like humus- for adults
Pasta Salads are easy and will sit. Most any shape pasta, add some chopped veggies and just a store bought ITalian dressing.
I guess it kind of depends on how much you want to do...or how much work you want to leave to the grocery store. Food Network website is a great place to look for recipies that are fun and easy.
Have a great party.
