Gina, I have had 4 children in the last 9 years and 3 of them being shy of 10lbs. After my 4th and 3rd time of gaining 50+ lbs my stomach began to sag due to stretched skin and stretched muscles. I did weight watchers and lost 35 lbs when my 4th child was 4 months old. I then joined a gym and went to pilates 3x a week. I noticed that I began to drop inches off my waist line and muscle began to build up, but one thing if you lie down and can fill a gap between your stomach muscles then they have split and the only thing that will totally get rid of the sag and bring the muscles together is a full tummy tuck. I was 208lbs when I delivered my 4th baby who is now 2 yrs. 9 mos. I now weigh 149lbs, but I still have the saggy belly and have gone to a plastic surgeon for advice. Since the fat is gone, no longer do I need lipo, just the tummy tuck. If you only want to look good in your clothes and not a bathing suit, I suggest pilates, cardio (30min) and weights 3x a week. You will definately see a difference! Incorporate a healthy diet and you will be on your way. If your impatient a diet pill that does work on losing weight is Perfect Slim, but be careful you can lose sleep with this pill.
