used to have a cd of this and lost it. would like to replace it but can't remember the artist.
Michael Rosen recorded it, but I wouldn't be surprised if several other people did as well. I learned it as a kid,we sang a version of it in Girls Scouts and both Sesame Street and Veggie Tales recorded it.
Go on You Tube and put the song title in search. Hopefully it will give you lots of options for singers and you will find the one you are looking for.
I think Raffi used to sing it. It sounds familiar!
