Very easy it is usually just a few screws. Have a ziplock handy for the small parts and then tape the bag to any of the non wood parts so you don't lose them.
My 2YO has been in her twin bed for a few months now, but the crib is still in the room because we've been too busy to move it. Now we are about to have a house guest for a few months and we need to convert DD's playroom into a guestroom, so the crib's gotta go to make room for the playroom stuff in her bedroom. It won't make it out the bedroom door, and even if it would, there would be nowhere to put it. How difficult is it to deconstruct a crib? It's a sleigh-style wooden crib.

Easy! I took my DD apart while my husband had her out for some daddy daughter time. I agree with Jo G just have a ziplock bag for screws.
My husband took ours apart when we sold our crib. Was not too difficult at all.
Easier than putting it up to start with. ;)
I agree with JoG. Get a freezer ziplock baggie (they are thicker and less likely for the screws to poke through) and packing tape it to some part of the crib once it is disassembled. Then all the little parts will not get lost when/if you need to put it together again in the future.
Like everyone said, it is easy. I set up and took down the crib twice by myself. The one thing more I did was that after all the small parts were sealed in the zip-lock baggie, I securely taped it to the metal base before wrapping and storing the crib so it wouldn't get separated or lost.
