I think you should go for it! I know I sent my kids to the JCC for swim lessons the cost was 220 dollars for a 6 week course twice a week. They learned the fundamentals and had a blast. Good luck.
Hello Everyone. I was thinking of starting a business teaching swimming lessons. I am CPR certified and have been a lifeguard in the past. I wanted your opinions on how much you would pay and if you would even sign your child up if the services were available to you. Thanks for any input :)

I was wondering if you had decided to give swim lessons? I'm wanting to take my son, but can't really afford it and don't know where to look
I think it's a great idea. I think the going rate is $30-$45 for 2 weeks. I think it's a little much... especially because I have 4 kids. We haven't done any swimming lessons in years because of it.Do you have a pool at home or would you be using a public pool? How long would the lessons be and how often? Would they be for a couple of weeks?
I would do it but again like the other poster said it would have to be affordable as I have two kiddos and can not afford a lot but I also would love to have something that is more like gymnastics where it is an ongoing thing and not just a couple of weeks. Where would you do this?

Have you started seim lesson and if so would you like to teach a four year old little girl? I am very interested.
