They have lots of free fun at the public library in the summer. Especially if you live here in Jacksonville. Also you can check out the local parks. Noggin and Nick Jr. also have lots of craft ideas for the summer. If you do live in Jacksonville. check out jax4kids.com for more ideas.

Check jax4kids.com, they always have great stuff on there. There's always the beach, Kids Kampus (the water park is open now), you can get a family membership to the zoo for like 80.00 and they have a water park and a regular playground there as well, Pump it Up has buy one get one free coupons on the jax4kids website that you can print off. That place is a blast and really wears them (and you) out! Good luck!

Have you been to Kids Kampus downtown next to Metropolitan Park? It's great and there is a lot for the kids to do, they even have a little water area. And the best part is it's all free. It's downtown by the stadiums.

If you're in the Jacksonville area, www.jax4kids.com has excellent ideas. We have a family annual pass to the Jacksonville Zoo and go as often as we can. There's a nice kids area with water play available to cool down. The librarys also have plenty of indoor activities during the heat of the day.
