good for you!
(but next time add that to the "so what happened" and leave the question in tact so others can benefit from your question and not just a snippit of the situation!)

Dysfunctional family dynamics. I would definitely call the hotline anyway otherwise you are no better than her sister and mother keeping her secrets secret. Alcohol is a depressant and particularly deadly when someone is struggling with depression. It just pulls you deeper down and makes good judgment nearly impossible. Professional interference is required.

Just because someone rides in your car doesn't mean you need to take them where they want to go, especially if they are tagging along for the ride. It's just as easy as I'm pressed for time and I can only go to the places on my list no extra stops or you can just let her know she can't ride with you today. Sorry for the last minute notice and keep it moving. Still call the hotline she's needs immediate help.
