Hello,
I think the brand is Peg-Perego. I have heard it is ideal for travel, esp. on planes. Good Luck!
Hi there,
I have a car seat that becomes a stroller and I don't know the name of item, it doesn't have any information on it to look it up on a website to get specifics....does anyone know the specific name? It really resembles a Britax car seat, then you push a few buttons and on the top two handles pop out and the bottom rollers pop out to become a stroller
Thanks for your help!

Gina,
I googled "carseats that convert into strollers" and got the Tripleplay Sit & Stroll on elitecarseats.com. Look it up and see if that's what you have. I did not know there was such a thing!!! What a great invention. Kinda like the tennis shoes that turn into rollerskates.
That sounds like something I saw in the One Step Ahead catalog. I know they have an online website, so you should be able to google them.

Check out this link for something you can use with your existing car seat to roll through the airport.
UPDATE: I was coming through the airport today and saw EXACTLY what you are talking about...the mother said it was made by a company called Elite.
Hmmm, interesting. I can definitely see the convenience aspect, especially if you travel a large amount. However, the thing that started to nag on me was... If your car gets in an accident, you're suppose to replace the car seat even if you can't see any signs of damage. Logic is that the integrity of the car seat's structure (frame, plastics) could have been compromised/cracked by the force of jolt or impact. Soooo, thinking about how much wear and tear, bumps and knocks a stroller typically is subject to... I would assume that the same degradation of structural integrity would occur for a car seat which had been subject to long term use as a stroller.
Yes, I know; that nagging voice makes me a worry wort mom! But, still... unless I needed this for airtravel, I'm not sure I would buy it (for everyday use). I realize most car seats are never involved in a car accident... However, if and when a car seat is involved in an accident, you want it to perform with the highest structural strength.
There are so many, do you know they brand name>?
