Hi Mamas-
I know that some of us are working on weight loss goals or just fitness in general so I wanted to tell you about a great website--Sparkpeople.com I LOVE IT and it's FREE! The site provides you with a meal plan and grocery list. It also helps you set goals and you have a weigh in every week. And you can create your own Sparkpage and interact with others on the website. Check it out!

It is great. I have been on and off of it for months and is a good sight. ivillage.com has one that is similar and I am told is easier to use, but I have not been on it much so I can't say one way or the other.

Wow! Thanks so much for this website information. I've already joined this morning and planned out all my meals for the rest of the day as well as worked out today. I've tried many plans before but ended up "donating" to Weight Watchers and only gaining more weight. Weight Watchers is a FABULOUS program and this is a lot like it except it is FREE! Now if I can just stick to it. I have about 30 lbs. to lose and I'm off to a good start. Thanks again (especially for the motivation!)
