Hi H.! Thumbs up for nursing your little one. I nurse my 22 month old and remember this happening. I find that turning so he can see the action while nursing, like me facing the wall or going to a quite room helps this. It does quit after a while and I didn't really do anything. I don't cover up and never have, out of my child's comfort and eduction on what breast should be used for :) Good luck with this!
I just wanted to add that I wouldn't breastfeed in the bathroom (since it is gross and feces can be found over 10 feet from a toilet) but I can't believe I didn't recomend a nursing necklace. Any necklace will do but my son really loved the one I got from www.nursingnotions.com :)
