I worked and nursed my children and used Playtex latex slow flow nipples. They worked great for me. FTI...get the original nurser bottles, not the premium ones as they cotnain PBA.
Can anyone suggest a slow nipple? I was trying to find the brand that is the slowest in hopes that my baby doesn't like the bottle better than breast. I start back to work in a week and will have my mother feeding her while I'm pumping.

Hi Jennifer - I had the same issue and used the
Playtex Vent-aire standard nipple. They have 2 - a slow and a fast. The slow was great, but the fast was really fast, so we took a while to transition. Good luck!
Jennifer:
I am not sure about the slow nipple but if you gave your baby the bottle only recently then your baby will know what is BEST ( BREAST).
don't worry nurse when ever you are with the baby and give a bottle only when needed and you should not have a problem.
Good luck
FYI i am a working pumping mother of 2
3 year old and 10 month old!!!
We used the "breast flow" bottle. I found it at Target. It was designed by lactation consultants. It has an inner slightly harder nipple and then a softer out nipple. This creates a situation that mimics breastfeeding in that the baby has to suck for a little bit before he gets milk ie..let down. They are a bit more expensive I think they were $5 each but it was the only bottle that my son would use when he was about your little one's age. Congrats on your new addition!!
My lactation consultant recommended the Playtex Premium Designer Drop-Ins Nurser bottles with the slow flow nipple. My 8 month daughter uses these at times, but would much rather be breast feed.
