I don't have a recommendation for the Keller or Grapevine area. If you don't mind driving a little distance I have a girl for you. Her name is Brandy Shacklette, she is at Cloud 9 Salon & Spa in Highland Village. The number is ###-###-####. She is FANTASTIC at color and cutting. If it means anything, I was in the hair business for 15 years(teaching and behind the chair) before becoming a stay at home mom. I have to say it is hard to find a good hair stylist and she would be worth the trip. I would say it wouldn't be too bad of a drive from Grapevine, depending on where you are exactly. I promise you'd be happy. I have several friends I have recommended to her, and thy are also very happy. Another great about Brandy is her prices are very good in comparison with good salons. I pay $100 for a Combo Hi-lites & Lo-lites with a Cut & Style. I was paying $140 for the same thing before I found Brandy and Brandy does a better job. Good luck!

Renata is a great place with spa atmosphere. I use Pamela and she's great!

I like Mouton's on Hall-Johnson Road right off of 121 in Grapevine. I go to Kathryn and have had really good luck with my cut and color. I always get compliments on my hair too.
