I am breastfeeding and wanting to start to jog again. My soon is four weeks old. I tried to feed before I took a jog and my boobs hurt anyways. I am a D Cup.
I love the sports bras I get at Academy. I forget the brand, but the have a whole wall of them. There are arranged by type and bra size. I really like the full support with adjustable straps (they are velcro) for very active exercise like running. They are about $35 or so.

I've heard professional women athletes say they wear 2-3 sports bras at a time to REALLY bind themselves.

A good friend of mine suggested Academy for a sports bra, she said that they have sizes that corresond to bra sizes, not just the S-XL you find at Target or Walmart. She is rather busty, so I figure she knows what she is talking about. Good luck, and congratulations on your new baby.

the best sports bra is enell. they are expensive but i'm a ddd and the girls never move so it's worth it for me. their website is www.enell.com but you can find them other places. i got mine at the running company in ft worth. hope that helps.
