I must admit, I do not suffer from chronic fatigue, but have battled mild depression. Which, for me manifests itself as exhaustion. I do agree with what some of the other mom's have already suggested. You really need to figure out what is causing the fatigue. Along with having your thyroid checked, have your hormone levels checked too.
I have found that B vitamins, natural sunlight (20 minutes tops here), cooking in cast iron (to battle anemia), exercising 3 times a week, a good bed, and learning to choose my battles and not concern myself with the small stuff (or stuff I have assigned to others) has made my life functional even when I'm tired and depressed. Good luck, and don't forget that fatigue is serious, in some cases sleep deprivation is used as a form of torture, so don't be hard on yourself. Fatigue is brutal and very real.
