While, I can't help you with a name of a babysitter, I do have a suggestion that has worked for us. If you could find another couple that has children, you could trade off date nights. While you are out, they watch your children and then while they are out, you watch theirs. We have some friends we do this with. We just started last October. There are have been times, when we just couldn't fit it in during a particular month, but just to have the option is great without the worry of wondering who your kids are with, plus no babysitting fees either!
