I am a mother of four that has a weight problem I can't weight to eat sweets and need to walk although I am selfish as far as not wanting to walk with my husband who wants to walk with me and will. I just don't have any friends that I can trust. I want to walk so that I can start a new life. I am tired of being just a mommy that works part time and stays at home when not at work.

This is a group a friend of mine started. I believe there are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday walks. Not sure, but look into it and see. She's in Farmington or Farmington Hills.
