I have had the exact same problem and so I broke down and went to a clinic, Medical Reducing. It is in the shopping center on Eastern and Desert Inn phone# ###-###-####. I was put on phentermine and have lost 8 pounds since October 20th. It takes about 2 weeks for your body to adjust but I now feel great. A friend of mine starting taking the pills in March and has lost about 60 pounds. Hope you find whatever works for you and congrats on the marriage.

Really the only thing you can do is exercise. Even if it is a few minutes here and there. With work I am sure you are tired and want to rest but if you can get a palates video or a yoga video they will help and they can be relaxing. If you have more time You totally have to get the Firm workout videos. I started do them at my sons nap time a few times a week and let me tell you the weight will melt off. It is a strength training plus cardio mix that makes it really happen. I know that is probably the last thing you want to hear since you have got to have a million things to do with a wedding coming up but you will feel like a million bucks once you get going with these videos. Good luck with everything :) If you have any questions let me know.

I would recommend Body for Life. I agree that excersise is crucial! BFL incorporates eating 6 small meals a day combining a protein and a carbohydrate with fruit or veggies. i.e. chicken and brown rice. It is nice because you still eat often but reduced portions and healthy foods. I used it after being pregnant w/ my daughter and lost 25 lbs. in 10-12 weeks. Don't be fooled by quick weight loss gimmicks. If you lose weight too quickly you are more than likely going to gain it back and will result in a decreased metabolism. (making it harder to lose it next time) I think your fiancee would rather see you a few pounds heavier than you goal weight on wedding date knowing you will still look fabulous 6 months after the big day!!! I'm not a dietician but my degree is in Health Science...trust me, there are no "tricks" about it. You have to eat right and have at least 30 minutes of exercise about 4 times per week. Good Luck!
