Shenandoah is a good school and they're adding two autism units to their school; as well as a Behavior Specialist....one of my friends has a son going into 1st grade there; they had a great experience in Kindergarten.
Mother of two seeking good elementary school near the airport!

My kids are 6 and 3. The older has been at Orlando Christian Prep since he was 4. He will be going into 1st grade next year. I am really impressed with the program and staff. Everything is biblically based and the classes are small and teachers are great. If you have any questions, you can call me. Just email me and I'll send you my phone #.
Are you new to the area? What grade ar eyour kids in?
Good luck,

C., our children went to Ventura Elementary. They are now both h.s./college age but they had a great experience there. However, I'm not sure I understand your question...do you already live down that way, or are you thinking of moving? You can't just pick your school; you would be in an assigned district. Anyway, just to let you know, we loved Ventura! Good luck, and enjoy! V.
I used to teach at Hidden Oaks Elementary (9051 Suburban Drive 32829, off of Chickasaw Trail)--I loved it there, and hope to get a job there again when my 4 little ones are all in school!!!!
Shenandoah Elementary on South Conway Road, also Pershing Elementary on Pershing Ave. Both great schools. My kids went to Pershing, grandchildren go to Shenandoah now.
