try the greendale ymca or the ywca downtown but whatever you do DO NOT GO TO RAINBOW CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER OR THE ELM PARK CENTER( theres 2 elm park centers dont go to either)

I help out my girlfriends with their kids & I don't cost much at all. I love kids & have 2 boys (3 & 6) & i also have 8 nieces (from infant to 18) that I spend tons of time with. I also help out my friends kids ranging from ages 5 mos to 6 yrs. I'm right near worcester - in cherry valley / leicester & right near 290 & 395.

I'm not sure where you live. My cousin has her own daycare in Charlton. It's called little monkey ranch daycare. My daughter will be going there when I decide to go back to work. I wouldn't trust my mircle baby with just anyone.
