I use Rainbow Light - it is vegan and sensitive to the stomach. I have bought it at whole foods, target and Henry's. Good luck!
I am beginning IVF treatment in a few weeks and would like to purchase a whole foods prenatal supplement (organic is preferable). Do any of you have any recommendations?

I personally know a number of women who have/are taking New Chapter Organics. Theya re very healthy & happy with it! By the way, post partum to help the fatigue factor with their neck & shoulders...New Chapter Organic's: CoEnzyme B Food Complex is amazing! None better! J.
I use Melaleuca. I take there regular vitamins but they have prenatal also. There's 3 different ones. Just your basic prenatal but it's all natural, then they have an Omega-3, & a mineral complex. They also have something called florify which is vegetable capsules but it's not specifically for prenatal. Check out melaleuca.com & if you're interested in purchasing something you can contact me through my site www.mychoiceisgreen.info. That way you don't have to pay full price. (Melaleuca is a health & wellness company.)
The product Juice Plus is something I have research alot and the studies show it is bioavailable, stabalizes the immune system, and improves DNA. There is a large study being done right now in Missouri by an MD who has tested in the past, how women show less premature babies, less hypertension during pregnancy, etc. I have worked with registered dieticians who feel Juice Plus has more than the necessary nutrients needed for pregnancy. I could connect you with them by e-mail or phone if you are interested. Juice Plus is whole food--fruits and vegetables that have been juiced, dried, and put in capsule form. They are free of herbicides, pesticides, fungus, and molds. To read more on the studies, go to Karen4betterhealth.com and go to "research" link. You will not find this link on any other supplement.
Thanks and best of luck!
Have you ever thought of seeing an acupuncturist first? I have heard some amazing results from women.
I have found lots of good whole foods info on PETA website after I became vegetarian. Also you might want to Google raw foods diet. The raw foods information is very amazing. I used to sell Amway Nutrilite vitamins and their factory is here in Buena Park, I used information from natural childbirth groups to make up my own battery of vitamin supplements during my last pregnancy. That was the healthiest pregnancy I had. So much luck to you!!
I'm taking Rainbow Light Prenatal One multivitamin. It is all natural with no animal products, sugars, lactose, wheat, or yeast. I am not sure if it is completely whole foods or not, but you could easily look it up. I just found them at Target.
Good luck! I hope the IVF works well for you. Babies are a miracle for sure and it sounds like you want the best health for your child so I commend you on it.
Hi C.,
I have been taking a whole food product called Juice Plus+ for the past 7 years and I can't say enough about it. It's seventeen fruits, veggies and grains in a capsule, chewable or gummie form. I only consumed Juice Plus+ instead of prenatal vitamins during my pregnancy and my iron and other levels were exceptional. I firmly believe that consuming this product is part of the reason why I had such a healthy pregnancy and baby and my daughter, who is now 5 years old, is still very healthy and continues to take Juice Plus+ daily, just like my husband and I do.
If you'd like to know more about it, please contact me at ###-###-####. I'd be happy to share more information with you.
To your health,
