Seeking a Pediatrician in the Southfield Area

I just love my pediatrician- Dr Anna Oniciu at Beverly Hills Pediatrics- they have 2 locations and all my friends take their kids there- I hear good things about all of the Drs.

My daughter goes to Beverly Hills Pediatrics on Telegraph, just north of 13 mile. She sees Dr. Rebecca Wasvary in that practice. I like them because I am choosing to use a more spread-out vaccination schedule and they have been very respectful of my choice. When I was pregnant with my daughter, I was also able to meet with their office manager and one of the doctors which was very nice. I'm not sure where you plan to deliver but I delivered out of Royal Oak Beaumont and because they have priveleges there, the pediatrician who came to see my daughter in the hospital was actually my own pediatrician along with others in her practice (which was kind of nice).
The other thing that I really like about the practice is that they have walk-in hours every day from 8:30-9:30am and again on Saturdays from 9-11am so that you can go see your doctor on short notice instead of having to go to an urgent care.

Not sure if 13 and Telegraph is too far for you but I love our pediatricians- have had them for more than 10 years and the office is professional and the nurses and doctors are great. Medical Center Pediatrics (13/Telegraph) is the best. My oldest is 12,I changed from another practice when he was a few months old, and never turned back.

I saw that a lot of people recommended Beverly Hills Pediatrics @ 13 & Telegraph & there is one on Metro Parkway (16 Mile) - they're good dr.'s - I used to take my son there - that is UNTIL the BEST dr. in the practice opened her own practice Dr. Mary (MOLLY) O'Shea. She's AWESOME - she gives out her personal email address & whenever I have a question she responds w/i the hour! ALL dr.'s that I have talked to have said she is THE BEST in the practice & most take their own kids to her - here's her website:

Doctor Marty Levinson of Medical Pedicatrics in Bigham Farms. He is great! Located at 13 and telegraph. They have saturday and sundays vists for sick kids!

I just had a little girl and on the advice of my best friend (and mother of 2) went to Dr. Martin Levenson in Bingham Farms. We've only been once so far, but everyone was nice and helpful. One of the good things about this practice is that they have Saturday hours.

We take our 13 month old to Pediatric Care Corner, P.C. they are located on Haggerty just south of Pontaic Trail. Thre are five doctors in the practice and they are all great. The doctors understand and do not push if you do not want to vaccinate your child until you are ready to. Our daughter has seen all of the doctors.

The doctors are also wiling to meet with you before you delivery for a consultation to learn more about the office befoer you start going. We did this and it really helped us determine where we were giong to take our child for care. The doctors work out of Huron Valley-Sinai. Although if you are not delivering at that hospital don't worry about. I delievered our daughter in Grand Blanc the only thing that the office asks is that you bring in the hospital discharge papers when you are discharged for the hospital with your new bundle of joy.
