My children and I live in Romulus and are looking for a new church. We are Christians and I really want something that has excellent youth programs. We really love Oakpointe in Novi but it is just too far for us. Any suggestions?
Full Gospel Temple on Palmer rd. in Westland. It is a Christian church, Pentecostal specifically. They have great kids classes.
NorthRidge has alot of nice children activities.

Our family attend Romulus Community Baptist Church located on Fourth Street in Romulus. We have two services (8am and 11am on Sunday). The Pastor is Hiram McBurrows. Please view the website for more information www.romuluscbc.org. There is youth church held on the 2nd & 3rd Sunday.

First I checked the other responses you got to see if the church I had in mind was already mentioned, and it was, but the information is a little off. Your first response was for Tri-City, but actually their name is different now, and their location is wrong. It is now called Connection Church, they are in Canton, on Sheldon Road, just north of Michigan Ave. This is a great church with WONDERFUL children's programs. (I thought I would mention, that the location that was mentioned at Michigan & Lilley is the church's Open Door Food ministry, just not the actual church).
Evangel Baptist Church, on the corner of Telegraph and Pennsylvania has an excellent youth program. They have an awana program on Wednesday nights. During the year, they have different programs that the kids can get involved in: i.e.-- in the summer they usually work on a kids play that they perform in August; and also one at Christmas time, and a week of VBS. As the kids grow older, the youth group gets them involved in tons of different activities, all centered around teaching the kids about Christ, and serving others (i.e.-- backyard Bible Times, VBS, Cola Wars, mission trips, Shake-a-rake, etc. they have a website you can look at: evangelbaptist.com or you can call them at ###-###-####. Just a little added info-- within the last year, they just got a new pastor, Ken Pierpont. He is an excellent speaker, and I recommend him highly! Good luck with your searching!
