We see Dr. Meyer at Carilion Pediatric Assoc. I really like him, and the whole practice. I've never had trouble getting a sick appointment or well baby check. This is the same practice that the first person suggested.
Hi to all Moms!!!
Around three months ago we moved to Roanoke from out of state. In October my daughter will turn two, and by this time, I need to find a good pediatrician. If any Mom can help me, I would be really happy.

We go to Dr. Althouse at Pediatric Associates. My daughter is also 2 years old. Over time, we have seen many of the doctors there(for unscheduled sick appointments) and they have all been great. they are located on Postal Drive. Everyone there is nice and they have sick hours each morning so you can just walk in if you need to.
A littlie about me:
Happily married full time working mom to a beautiful 2 year old daughter
I've taken my 2 yr old to Dr Kathy Amoroso at Carilion Pediatric Associates on Postal Drive since she was born. Love her!
Hi,
I take both of my daughters to Lewis Gale Pediatrics (17 months and 3 years). We see Dr. Joyce Cummings who is absolutely wonderful. She is fairly young and a mother of three daughters. Good luck to you!
We also go to Carilion Pediatrics, and see Dr Pierce. He's a hoot. He's also very good, open to us delaying vaccinations, open to us delaying solids, etc.
(hah I think all the responses have been at the same practice!!!)
Welcome to Roanoke!
We go to Dr. Moore at pediatric associates. He is at the roanoke( postal drive) office a few days a week and the botetourt office(summers way dr) a few days also. He is fairly young so open to new medical ideas. He also listens to me, and lets me have a say in my childens healthcare, which is hard to find in a pediatrician! I highly recommend him.
