Seeking a Good Pediatrician and Family Doctor in Rio Rancho or in NW Abq

For Pediatrician I love Dr. Cassandra Millea at Southwest Medical Associates, ###-###-####. SMA is a great practice, good after hours care (how come kids always get sick in the middle of the night? LOL)All of the peds there run cases by each other to get input from the other doctors, so it feels like getting 5 docs for the price of one.
My husband and I both see Dr. Louis Trost at Presbyterian. He is really wonderful. the number to Pres is ###-###-####. And finally the GYN I see is Dr. Mary Mark at Women's Specialists of NM, ###-###-####,

hey there, we moved from DFW almost two years ago and live in the NW area as well... welcome!! Our pediatrician is Dr. Kristina Gutierrez-Barela. She's great. I know people who use Dr. Leonardelli and haven't heard anything negative so I hope you have a good experience with him. Our primary doctor is Dr. Ana Lisa Rodriguez. She and Dr. Barela are in the same office - the Lovelace Rio Rancho building with the blue dome roof - across from Intel. You didn't say which insurance you have so I am not sure if you can see them. Our pediatric dentist is right behind that Lovelace office - Dr. Raymond Broussard with Westside Pediatric Dentistry. He's great too and his office is wonderful with kids. They allow you to be there with your child throughout the whole visit, which some don't. If you need a dentist for yourself and hubby, I recommend my dentist - Dr. Lisa Arnhart. Her office is on Golf Course at Paseo near the Walmart Neighborhood Market. I think the number is 89-SMILE. :) My obgyn is fantastic too but he's not in the NW area. His name is Paul Shelburne and he's with the Lovelace Women's Health group - many offices but I see him at the hospital off Montgomery near I-25.

I am also from Dallas =) but have lived here in New Mexico since April of 99, and I absolutely love it. My daughter and son both see Dr Linda Zipp at the Rio Rancho Presbyterian which is on High Resort. The number is ###-###-####, and I absolutely love her. We moved to the far west side of Albuquerque about a year and a half ago and we continue driving to Rio Rancho because we like her so much! Good Luck and welcome to NM! =)

We have been going to Dr. Phil for 6 years now and we love him. He is a great doctor and his staff is fantastic. Our boys really like him and his office.

A great OB/GYN doctor is Steven Komadina, M.D. on the westside. His number is ###-###-####. I like him because he is by himself and you arent dealing with 20 different doctors. As for a dentist...our whole family see's Felix Madrid in Rio Rancho and he works really well with kids. His number is ###-###-####. For a good pediatrics doctor we see Dr Good in Rio Rancho or Dr Gutierrez also in the same office. Their number is ###-###-####. Good luck...these are the best I have found! A.
