I used to live in Streamwood, moved to Arlington Heights, and my girls youngest almost 16 we still see the ped out there.

I know they have an office in Elgin or maybe S. Elgin not sure which. We went to the Streamwood one.

Np Becky is the best and Dr. Wynn is excellent.

Elgin Family Physicians- we have been with them for 9 years and 2 children- Family Practice with 3 doctors and 1 Nurse practioner. They are in the same building area as Sherman Hospital.

Not sure if they are taking on new patients but there # is ###-###-####

I know a pediatrician and he is great- Dr Pat Esposito he is with Assoc in Pediatrics located in Elgin and Streamwood.
