I love mine but he is in St. Pete. Not sure what services you are looking for...especially with that kind of quote. I pay $40 per visit (for my self) - $75 if there is an adjustment. Dr. Tim Bain. He's off Cross Creek in New Tampa. He charges an initial diagnostic fee for each person ($50?) and I believe he charges $150/mon for the family, you can see him as much as you want. It's been a while since I was there, but he is super nice and great with kids, I took my daughter to see him. He wanted to know why I had stopped coming, that if it was because of payment he would treat her for free. It was because he's pretty far away from us.

I heard about him through a friend of mine. Her whole family went to him on a regular basis. Her husband has back trouble and liked him too.

When I lived in S Tampa, I used to see Lisa for a pinched nerve. She was not only the BEST chiro I've ever been to, but she doesn't deal with insurance companies, etc. Instead, she charges less than a copay for the same treatment and no hassle with insurance claims. I think her rate was $15/visit about 7-8 years ago. Trust me, just go to her.
