We recently had foundation repair done and we did have problems so I was really nervous how much it would be. We have lived in our home seven years. I did remember that we had a transferrable warrantly for the foundation work previously done on the home but I was positive that the company would have gone out of business. That is just my luck. I found our paperwork and called LONESTAR FOUNDATION REPAIR and they responded immediately and did a perfect job on my house. We have white mortar and usually they repair with gray and they even fixed that correctly. They were very professional. The engineer was lacking personality but it did not have anything to do with the work they did. They were extremely reasonable considering my mother paid more in the past for her work. It all depends on the amount of peirs you need under your house. I looked them up in the BBB so I might have called them even if my warranty was not issued by them seven years prior.
