The only thing that truly works for the long haul is watching your calorie intake, and exercising.
So out of the blue this Safslim stuff is all over the place. Anyone used it? Results? Worth it? Anything you can share would be great.

They are all a gimmick, the only thing that really works and keeps working in the long run is changing your life and making healthy eating and working out a priority.
If they can't even spell Safe correctly... Makes me wonder if it's a truth in advertising thing that they cannot.
i imagine it was because it was on Dr. Oz recently, i just watched the dvr'd episode last night. montel williams was on there raving about it so they talked about it. he didn't firmly support it as working, but said it COULD help with busting belly fat.
if you watch the whole episode, yes, he thinks it 'could' zap belly fat (ALONG WITH exercise and a good diet) but he had other things he also recommended (i imagine they are cheaper than safslim, because he listed the prices from $10-$15). things like chitosan and some other things...i made a list and it's in my purse to look at next time i'm out. i am already doing the diet and exercise regimen so i feel justified in looking. he did make it clear that this, just like anything, should only be used WITH a healthy lifestyle, to target fat specifically around the belly area. maybe you can find it on his website or youtube.
it's not supposed to be "safe slim" - it's named that because it's made of safflower oil. dr. oz said that any safflower oil product (supplement, pills, safflower oil added to your cooking to replace other oils, or even sunflower seeds) can do the same thing. hth!
I don't think I would take anything that puts more stress on my liver. I would think that over time, any extra unnatural stuff having to go through the liver could cause problems. Try googling "diet pills and liver damage."
There are no magic pills. Even if you resort to pills, you still must eat in moderation and excercise.
Eat healthy foods, drink lots of water and develop good habits and you'll likely get where you want to go without ingesting something you don't know anything about.
