Rhubarb Pie During Pregnancy

If pie ever went on the "unsafe" list for pregnant women I don't think any of us would ever get pregnant. Enjoy it!

It's safe. I used to make a pretty good rhubarb strawberry pie. It was one of the reasons my husband married me.

There is a list of food to avoid while pregnant and rhubarb pie is not on it. Thank Goodness lol !!!!!!!!!!!

I would simply call your OB/GYN and get a medical opinion whenever you have questions about what to/what not to eat.

Why not? My mother used to sit in the garden pregnant and eat veggies right off the vine, including rubarb, lol! Rubarb Pie was very popular in my mother and grandmother's homes and I would think it would be very healthy as well.
