Ruby Redeyes is really good! If you are looking for a more romantic nice dinner, The Porterhouse is supposed to be wonderful but they only take reservations!
Good luck

Hi! My husband and I are FINALLY making time to go on a "date". Does anyone know if there is a good restaurant near the Lakeville 21 Theater? We don't know the area at all. I'm assuming this is on 35W...

Just to let you know there is road construction going on there. You may not be able to get to some spots. There is a restaurant connected to the Holiday Inn, otherwise there is an Applebee's on the same road. Kenrick Avenue is what the road is called. Definately give yourself time because of the road work, I am not sure what side roads are open, I know the one for Mc Donald's is torn apart and closed. I just drove to Iowa on 35 south on Thursday.
There is a place right accross from the theater called:
Harry's Cafe
20790 Keokuk Ave Lakeville, MN 55044-6620
I have eaten here and like it very much.
Also down the freeway a bit more there is a new stake house that is wonderful. It is called Porterhouse.
And before the thearter there is a Green Mill.
There are alot of nice places to eat in the Lakeville area it just really depends on what you are looking for. Please let me know if I can be of further help! (I live in this area)

There's a casual bar & grill 1 block away from theater called "Harry's". If you want something nicer, go to Porterhouse on 35W, just south I think. There's Red Lobster, Olive Garden, etc. on Hwy 42 in Burnsville, just north. Have fun!!

In case you haven't gone yet, Harry's is on the same road right before the theater. It's not too expensive and it's got good food.
Have you ever tried the Chart House (11287 Klamath Trail, Lakeville)? It isn't super-fancy, but the service and food are excellent. Depending upon what you get, the meals can be pricey, though. Maybe $12-$30? Something like that.
Have fun!
Rudy's Red Eye Grill is across the 35 by the hotel (holiday inn?) it's good a little pricey.
If you want great and expensive, the porterhouse is our favorite special occasion - also on the other side of ____@____.com are onthe frontage road.
Happy date night!
