I got just bought fisher price cradle 'n swing when I plug it in it makes a really loud noise but everything works lights,sound ,mobile and even moves every way. Need help don't wanna get rid of it its in really good shape.
I bought it used. me and my boyfriend took it apart and found where the noise was coming from soon as we put back together noise comes back sounds like grinding.

Did you buy it new -used?
What kind of noise? From where?
Is it put together correctly? If you don't have a manual, you can find one online from the manufacturer.
If it's new call the 800 number. If not that may be why they stopped using it. We had one but I never heard what I'd call a really loud noise from it.

Talk to Fisher Price and tell them about the problem. It should be under warranty if you bought it new - or you can go back to the store. The manufacturer should be helpful but if you sense any hesitation, you can casually mention that you thought you'd start with them before seeking help on the internet through moms' forums, consumer groups and so on. Companies REALLY don't want negative publicity.
