Hi everyone! My 15 months old has had cronic ear infections for months now and just last week finished the Rocephin antibiotic shots. Well we went back to the doctor today and the ears(mainly the right one) are still infected. So we are now in need of E.N.T. I have no experience in this area at all, so I would love to hear from you on doctors that you would recommend to us. Thank you for your help!

I highly recommend Dr. Chung-Sen Hsu. His last name is pronounced,(Sue) He has seen 3 generations of my family. He is located at 3430 Wheatland Rd. His number is ###-###-####. My now 3 year old grandson had to have tubes and now he doing wonderfully. He is 4yrs and has had no more infections. I had heard all the horror stories about tubes, but I wish I had convienced my daughter to have my other grandson helped in this way, but she was sckeptial, he has continued to have ear infections and he is 8yrs. With the new tecnology when the tubes have done its business, they fall out. No more x-tra surgery to have the tubes removed.

We see Dr. Wayne Kirkham at Medical City in Dallas. He is one of the top ENTs in the nation. He even treats stars such as Celine Dion and Leann Rimes. He is super good with kids. The first thing that he says when he comes in the room is that "I'm not going to hurt you. And there are not going to be any shots." He loads the kids up with stickers before he leaves. Kids love him, and parents do too!

You might want to look into why he has chronic ear infections. Dr. C. Hyman ###-###-####) discovered that my son's eustachian tubes were constricted from a fall. She fixed that and no more problems. We also use the children's ear drops from Gaia (they're herbal).

I agree with finding out what is causing the infections. My grandbaby had tubes put in and has been sick ever since and now 4 months later one tube is already coming out. I wish we had looked for other alternatives such as a homeopathic doctor. I believe she has allergies. If you go to 'Requests and Responses' and look for 'ear infection' you should find some helpful info. I know there has been alot of suggestions in the past month because I read them all.
I have heard great things about Dr Rao at ###-###-####.(plano)
Best of luck to you
