Hi M.. It could be... Until you figure it out...
1. I would not use today.
2. Check if the product has fragrance. If it does, i may not use it anymore on a child...Even tho even baby products have fragrance, usually those fragrances are tested on children.
3. if the rash does not go away in 2-3 days, I would call my pedi.
4. I would bath in water only, or with cetaphil or aveno until the rash subsides.

P.S. A huge gold start to your hubby for giving your little one a bath. That is awesome. I would not have know the fragrance thing either except for my own sensitive skin which trained me for dealing with my son's :)
