My little bit of advice would be to sell stuff on eBay. I have been doing this and sometimes I bring in hundreds of dollars a month. You can sell your childs or your old clothes and shoes, unused gadgets, old halloween costumes, holiday clothes, winter coats, videos, games or just about anything. I sometimes go to garage sales and find good items and resell them on eBay. Last year at Christmas time I sold 3 Nintendo Wiis on eBay and made about $75 a piece. It takes time and effort. You have to take pictures and download them. You have to write a description about the item. You have to know how much to charge for shipping. You have to take the sold items to the post office promptly. There are directions on how to get started on eBay. It may not be your thing but it can help the ends meet in the meantime.

i agree...I hear of people making great odd and end money selling on ebay. You could try to find a home based business that is welcoming to children so you wouldn't have to worry about child care.
