Hello, I recently discovered a new technique called tapping. It's kind of new agey, but if your willing to try it I think it could really help you. It's is basically accupuncture without the needles and you can do it yourself. They apparently called it "use it for everything technique". You have to tap on a series of points on the face and upper body while saying a phrase. You could say, "Even though I have severe pain in......, I deeply and profoundly love and accept myself". You say that 3 times while tapping on the outside of your hand. They call it the karate chop point. It is between the bottom of your pinky and the bottom of your hand. Basically where you would hit if you karate chopped something. Then you tap on the corner of your eyebrow (near your nose) while repeating the phrase pain in my...... . You say this as you hit on all the points. 1.) Corner of inner eyebrow 2.)Side of eye (the bone on the side of your eye. 3.) Under the eye (directly uner the pupil) 4.) under the nose (between your top lip and nose) 5.) under chin (same spot as under the nose, only under the chin) 6.) Under collar bone (under the pointy part of your collar bone near the throat) 7.)Under the arm (mid-bra line) 8.) Top of the head

I know it sounds like a lot, but it really only takes about a minute and your pain could be gone. Give it a try. What have you got to lose, except a minute of your time and the pain. I hope it helps.

P.S.
I tried it last night for cramps, and it worked immediately.

Hi T.. Chiropractic is great, but you should really see an osteopath. Osteopathic massage of the soft tissues, not just the pubic and sacroiliac joints, is essential for recovery.

professional homeopath can recommend you a cell salt that will put it back together. In a meantime you can start taking Calcarea Fluorica 6X if you find it in a well-stocked health food store.
Good luck

I went to WebMD, did a search and was shocked that nothing turned up. I am a huge believer in going to university hospitals like UCLA,Sloan-Kettering,Johns Hopkins, Loma Linda... Seeing the docs at these sites is going to the source of medical knowledge essentially. You should have your doc get in touch with the nearest medical school hospital, OB-GYNNY school of medicine and send you in with a referral to a specialist with a background in SPD. Symphysis is the correct spelling. Your pelvic bone is separating or has and not healing back together is what I figured out from looking in the dictionary. Go to the best, go to a teaching hospital. Hi T.,

I had this & I totally sympathize with your pain. I was on bed rest for my last 3 months of pregnancy b/c I could barely walk. It cleared up pretty quickly after delivery but then cam back w/vengeance at about 9 months. I went to Newport Orthopedics & got a recommendation to go to physical therapy. They recommended that I go to Womanology in Irvine. I went & its made a HUGE difference. My PT is Holly & my Pilates instructor is Teresa. They specialize in the pelvic floor. Luckily insurance covered it too so I only had to pay a co-pay & got to go to pilates for $20 (not too shabby!). Anyway, I highly recommend pilates. I think strengthening the pelvic floor will help tremendously. I met my insurance maximum, so they sent me home with a bunch of home exercises I could do & I am feeling so much better.

I hope this helps you out!!

I would highly suggest reading this new book: ENDING FEMALE PAIN, A WOMAN’S MANUAL BY ISA HERRERA, MSPT CSCS

You can read more about it here: http://naturalbabypros.com/do-you-suffer-pain-down-there-...

I was very impressed with this book and the information in it. I can also recommend visiting a physical therapist who specializes in woman's issues and the pelvic floor.

Hope you feel better!
