They do! I have resorted to this twice because one year my mother was having surgery and because one year everyone was out of town and I didn't want to go through all the rigamarole for me and three other people. Tom Thumb and Kroger both do this. Basically, you pick it up the week of Thanksgiving and just heat it and eat it. Pretty nifty in a pinch although it never tastes as good as the homemade stuff.
