M.,

One step you will likely go through is the HSG or Hysterosalpingogram. (I think I got the spelling). May or may not be painful, results vary according to the woman.

IVI, IVF, those are some other steps you might go through also, depending on what is going on. If you are not ovulating, you might go through ovum donation process too.

All things to lookup. I don't know if there is any process to clear scar tissue from your fallopian tubes. It might just produce more (I would think).

Good luck, hope I gave you something useful,
M.

Hello M.:

I believe the best route is to safely work on healing the scarring with natural medicine, physically and emotionally. Upon doing that, you will be preparing the body for a healthy pregnancy and childbirth.

My office specializes in natural medicine. Consultations are in office (Chelsea, NY), via telephone and home visits. Feel free to visit site, learn more and set up a consultation.

All the best,
N.

Hi M.. I too had scarring in my tubes. After two years of trying to concieve we finally visited a fertility doctor. He performed a simple operation first to try and remove as much scar tissue as possible. I was out the same day. Unfortunately he was unable to remove all of it and because of the scarring only my left ovary was producing eggs. We began fertility treatments and were very lucky with insemination. It worked the first time we tried and now have a silly little two year old boy. We are planning on visiting our doctor again for baby number two. His name is Dr. Stein ###-###-####. He is based out of Roosevelt Hospital on 59th St. I hope this info helps. We too thought that we wouldn't be able to have kids, but we thought wrong. Thank goodness.
Peace,
J.

I would suggest you get an HSG where they inject a dye via catheter to see if it flows thru your tubes. If there's a blockage, its the fastest way to find out. I had one done and found out I have one working tube! And I am a happy mom of two great kids born naturally (without medical intervention)!
