We recently went straight to underwear on Tuesday the 19th we started off good and we have progressively been getting worse, during the morning we are good but in the afternoon it seems like accident after accident. I check her every 15 and take her every 30 minutes, I think she isn't emptying her bladder all the way, what advice can you give me.
Cassie is two and a half.

What can I do next?

Not ready.
Too fast.
Too many expectations, and the child not ready.
It is not just error free.
Even if potty trained... a child WILL have accidents. It is childhood.
No child, is accident free. No matter how old they are.
Even Kindergarten aged kids, have accidents.

with both my kids they did not like to sit on the potty for much longer than they decided so i had to make them sit longer which they cried but after a while they learned you can get up sooner soon as you go and finish , so really depends on how strict you can be about it or if you want to continue to clean up messes that gradually get worse , my kids were rotten so it was hard for us but eventually we had enough with the messes , try to sit with your child and read a book and every time read less and less as you ask are we done? it may not seem to work right away but don't stop , perseverance is the key or trust me you could be cleaning those messes longer than you expect , hope this helps :) i see people saying you are expecting too much , no is my answer i waited on my son til he was 3 and trust me you don't wanna wait that long so with my daughter i did exactly what i shared with you soon as she turned 1 and 2months later we were potty trained and never had an accident in the bed. again good luck we are te teachers :)

try again later.
I kinda brain washed my son at night. I quit day time potty training, I kinda would put him on the potty after a while (1-2hours) of his sleeping then 3-4 hours later i did it again. always half asleep so he never really woke up. after 2 weeks he never peed his bed again. then like 4-5 months later he finally lost the diaper in the day time
got to pick his battles.
It wasn't really a hassle to put him on the potty at night i wasn't actually sleeping well my self so i guess i just found a productive was to spend it but. hey it worked
but yea but it just might not be her time yet

Time. Two is not a magic number and, in fact, most children successfully potty trained are 3.

Totally back off and look for cues from her that she is ready. In the meantime watch potty videos with her for children, ready potty time books with her. Introduce the idea as a concept. Let her go to the bathroom with you and watch what you do and talk about it. When you go to the bathroom, invite her to sit on her potty chair while you sit on the big potty. But other than that, don't do anything more like training pants or panties until she shows an interest and is ready.

When she is finally ready, if she has accidents, be cool, no need to stress. If you add stress to the process she will totally back out. Praise her when she makes it to the potty and kind of have an "accidents happen, let's clean this up" attitude when she doesn't make it in time.

If you don't do it on her time frame, it won't happen. You will both be frustrated and it will actually take LONGER than if you just waited for her to be ready.
