I hope this isn't out of line, I'm a fellow user of MamaSource, but also a personal trainer certified in pre & post-natal training. I'm located in the South Bay (Milpitas) and do in-home training with most of my clients. I also train at the Apple Fitness Center, and at a physical therapy clinic in Los Altos. Oh, and if you aren't doing them already, get going on those kegels! :-) I think they are partly what helped me recover quickly after giving birth.
